Default out of the box SNOM D765 (in my case) programmed with multiple identities.
After configuring and rebooting, no communication was possible from the Windows Phone Client to the Dekstop Phone. I found out that by default, the Hidden Tags is on, whitch than blocks communication between the phone and the phone system/windows phone client!
Turn off "Hidden Tags" in "Advanced" -> "QoS/Security"
