Hello,

I moved from BRIA4 to the 3cx windows client.
Although Bria4 could use some design changes, the 3CX absolutely does.
It's an improvement from when it used to look like an old Iphone but it's still very small and fidgety.
- Increase font size.
- increase icon size
- increase the whole window size
- Make windows resizable
- stop trying to make it look like a phone, I honestly believe this makes the transition from deskphone to softphone more difficult and not easier
- make it possible to edit address book entries I imported hundreds of contacts from gmail, it worked but wow what a mess, if I could just clean up as I use the contacts it would be fine.
- Top tasks! most important features first. and Make them clear, it's way to easy to accidentally log out of a queue, change to deskphone (cti)
-- but mostly.. just a clearer more open and windows oriented design, make it look like an application, not a phone.
Sorry a bit of a rant, it's just frustrating to see that the admin interface is this nice clean open design and the client, which normal users have to use is this crunched up little thingy.. with too many option.

Hello @oleman

Thank you for your feedback however this thread belongs to the Ideas section of the forum where other users can upvote it and comment.
Also have you tried the Web client at all?

Thanks for the quick reply.. and. indeed.. should be in the other section, I was not aware.
And, I had glanced at the web client, but not realised it's full potential. I understand why you focused your development on the webclient rather than the phone. .
Feel free to delete the entire thread, I'm happy.

Thank you for the kind feedback and i am glad you like the web client. We are constantly developing all clients to provide the best user experience.
