I have installed the free version of 3cx on my Windows Server 2003 and I am having issues. The activity log does not show any incoming activity and does not seem to be connected to my provider. I have opened ports via IPSEC, 5060 (UDP), 5090(TCP) and 9000-9007 (UDP). Am I missing something.

Hmmm..have it talking now but digital receptionist does not seem to be working. Extensions work when I hit the keys, but no sound. Seems that .wav files will play but not .mps

It's normal, you can only use wav files, nothing else.

The wav file also needs to be recorded in PCM 9kHz 16 bits mono for better performance. That should be explained in the 3CX Server manual.
