hi all,
is there some particular reason behind that Core version of Windows Server isn't supported?
on the Supported Operating Systems for 3CX or Installing 3CX on Windows page is no word about it - just the Installer provides following message:
as the 3CX is managed via web interface, I see no reason to have the full OS with GUI - GUI only unnecessarily takes disk space/RAM/CPU. Only additional SW needed to install is WireShark, this goes well and network traffic capture is working fine.
the 3CX on 2012 Standard Core is working quite fine, except two problems which I've observed:
I've returned now to the 3CX Debian distro...

- web configuration tool fails to start at install time:

this causes, that the FQDN of local network card cannot be entered - only IP address:

- after installation, the "3CX PhoneSystem 01 Audio Provider" service fails to start at all
I've returned now to the 3CX Debian distro...
