Windows softphone crashed by incomming call

In addition to hardware-based telephones, we also use the Windows Softphone on a windows7 machine.
Previously, we used the 12.5 version and it worked perfectly. Never had any problems with it. However, we recently switched to version 15.5 and this version crashed regularly. Especially when we get in incoming phone call.
Windows has had all updates, and the .NET version is up-to-date
What can be done about this?

3cx softphone for windows (version 15.5) crashed randomly by incomming calls.
When the programs start i can make calls to others, but when i get an incomming call mostly of the time the first call the program works normally, but by the second call it can happen that the program crashed by an incomming call.

The softphone is installed on a windows 7 system. Complete up to date. This computer is working 24/7 of the day. The program only crashed by an incomming call, for the rest of the time it works normally...

Is this an common problem? The 12.5 version we used before works fine

I removed the program and installed again. But these was not the right solution.

As you mean Visual C++ -so far i know- i am also uptodate with them...

Did your problem get resolved? We would have this issue occasionally; unplugging the Plantronics USB headset, plugging it in and restarting the 3CX application resolves it.

Thank you for your reply, and no, the problem still exist. This program crashed only random by incomming calls. Outgoing calls i dont have any problems with it.
We use a bluetooth wireless headset from Logilink with a bluetooth connection. In version 12.5 it works great. I don't have cables, can walk around approx. 10m from the desktop computer.
But with the new version i must restart the program different times on a day.
