Windows v20 app view mobile numbers

Hey all,

Has anyone figured out a way to get mobile numbers to always appear for extensions in the 'team' tab?

One of our users advised they used to be able to see mobile number listed under the contact in the team tab, and that after upgrading to v20 this no longer appears.

You can still right click an extension > call > select mobile number, but just wondering if there is a setting to have it show always? I haven't been able to find any relevant settings.

There is a preference order to what number gets shown. Perhaps they use to just keep only mobile numbers for a contact, or had the mobile as the main contact number.

Thanks for your reply KyriacosS! I couldn't figure out how to set mobile as primary over their extension, but as it's only one user requesting this, we have added additional BLF speed dial options for the mobile numbers as a workaround.
