Hello Community, I know I should post this thread in the ‘Ideas’ part of the forum but I’m not in the happy few allowed to do this. So I try here. It would be nice to have : A refresh button in the call list instead of clicking on another feature and coming back to the list – this process also takes resources if I refer to a previous post arguing that auto-refresh would consume too many resources on a big system Some kind of magnet between the 2 windows of the Desktop Client; it’s quite cumbersome to search the right window when you want to answer a call for instance When a user click on the ‘Att. Transfer’ button, the mic is not muted; it’s a feature one can find on almost any other PABX systems That’s it. If someone has the right to post in the ideas menu, if you feel it could be useful, please add this nice to have features in the pipeline.
