Within a ring group or a queue, pickup multiple calls

I really need this functionality. Is there a way to do this in ring groups or even using queues?

Basically, I need 10 phones in a ring group or similar handling the inbound calls, if someone is on hold I want them to be able to see the next caller and optionally take that call.

Hello @dandenson

Please note that if you are a member of a queue or ring group and you are on a call you will not be alerted if another call arrives in the queue or ring group. The agents would have to be aware that there is another call waiting and place the first call on hold and use the pick up code to pick up the second call.
