wits A81-E android 2.2 tablet no sound both side

hi guys i install 3cx phone apps from android market and configured with my sip account. Once my account activate i make test call to my mobile number, the phone is ringing but i don't hear any dial tone, after answer the call both side cannot hear anything it's two way audio problem can anyone help me with this issue... :cry:

It would be best to disabled any active firewalls on your routers.

thanks for the replay LeonidasG, i am not using any firewall in my modem or router....any other suggestion

go into audio setting and put play and record buffer to -1 and mic gain to 1 goodluck

The settings you mentioned should be there by default.
Only if you've tampered with them before should you need to change them back to their default values.

Let us know if this actually fixes your sound issue, although it sounds more of a Firewall issue.
