Word Press Integration - Click 2 Talk "Chat disabled"

Hi Guys,

We have a company who have chat disabled globally. But, want to utilise the click to talk feature on their website.

obviously, this isnt possible as chat is disabled globally.

is there a workaround or are there any plans in future builds to granular allow chat for certain EXT?

You are completely right. Currently, the chat when it is disabled it is globally disabled for all extensions.

You can provide your suggestion on our Ideas section, in order to consider it for future improvements.
