works on windows not on android

I have am using Ring Central and can get the soft-phone to resister properly, however the Android version does not register at all (using 3g or wifi, sprint htc evo 2.2). I believe this is due to the fact that on the windows version I can enter my extension and id with appears to be needed to complete authentication for ringcentral, but there is no option for id on the android version.

Any help would be much appreciated....

I'd like to second this.

The windows client has a space for both the Extension and an ID in addition to the password. I am able to log in fine using my ringcentral username and authorization id in those two fields in addition to my password. However, the android client only has the 'User' field, trying to use either my username or my auth id in the user field results in a failed login. Please add the extension / id pair to the android app. Thanks very much!
