Wp Chat not working

I have installed wp live chat free version and set up on site .When I fill name and email address and click on start to chat button nothing happen that time.My site is running on IP based url and ssl is not on site.

It seems that the jQuery loaded by your theme is causing the issue. You will need to either further troubleshoot this yourself if you are the developer or use another theme.
