WP Plugin not working - No Chat visible on site

Hi Team,
I have just installed the 3CX WB Plugin on our WP site and followed the setup steps as listed on the 3CX instructions.
For some reason, no chat box/bubble is showing up on the site.
The site is blue-eagle.com

@samboon as we can see from the PBX side there is no issue since this is hosted by 3cx and all
the appropriate ports are open.
I would recommend checking our online manual and also check this with your website admin.

In 3CX you will need to define the website as https://blue-eagle.com/

If you also use www.blue-eagle, you will need to add that in as well as a comma separated value, like:

https://blue-eagle.com/,https://www.blue-eagle.com/

Get the one line code from your PBX

Install the plugin on WordPress, and then paste the code in. Select which of your pages, or the entire site, and your chat bbble should now show.
