WP820 and 3CX

Hi. Apologies if this question has been asked before, but could any of you please give me some assistance on how to properly provision a Grandstream WP820 to work with 3CX and Callstream. I have tried everything I can, but even though phone is provisioned - it will not make or receive any calls - despite having a dial tone and being connected to my network.

If you are a Grandstream reseller, simply ask for the unofficial template from their helpdesk.

If you are a customer, you can still ask but there's less chance you get it.

Thank you. I am a customer and did write them a note begging. No response yet. I was hoping someone in this forum had a guide on how to do it manually

I got the template but I still cannot get the handset to be configured on 3cx with call centric as the trunk provider
