helo
i have the issue with incoming calls to a DID Number thats not exists on the 3cx
so the 3cx sends a invite to the SIP Trunk with fals authentication
if this in one minute more times the SIP Trunk Provider will disable the Trunk because the IDS is blocking
by other pbx manufactor it is possible to enable a global routing for wrong did it will send the call to the central office

is ithis option possible by the 3cx?

thanks

Max

3CX will use the default sip trunk routing if no DDI number has been configured on the sip trunk the call is coming in on,

Same applies if the DDI number format within 3CX is incorrect.

HI @MAx77

You are running into source identification issues where the PBX cannot match the inbound call to a trunk so it tries to identify the caller.

Here is how the 3CX PBX handles incoming calls: https://www.3cx.com/docs/sip-trunk-inbound-calls/

Since the numbers that are being called do not belong to 3CX s0 DID matching will not work then you need to find a different way to match the calls with the trunk. If for example the calls are always coming from the same IP you can set it up in the inbound settings of your trunk so the PBX knows what to match.

Beyond that i would recommend switching to a 3CX supported provider to avoid having to manually adjust these settings. https://www.3cx.com/partners/sip-trunks/
