Wrong Display Name

We have encountered a quite interesting bug with the way the chat handles display names.
Two employees left a company recently and the extensions were repurposed in order to keep all the call rules in place. The names were changed to the new employees. But in chat, the name above individual messages is still that of the old employee. In the chat list however it has updated.
Is there a fix for this?

Can you please tell us what version the PBX and if you can replicate this behavior in Chrome but specifically in an incognito window?

Hi John, the PBX is at 16.0.910. The issue is in the chat inside the 3CX Client.

On the left is the current name of the user, inside the chat is the previous employee's name. Version is the latest.

Hello, is this problem solved ? We have the same problem wih the webclient. When we receive the notificaton of a new chat, the old name is displayed.
