Wrong Licence Key

I ordered for a customer of mine a 3CX license renewal for the 3cx phone system. 3cx linux 16.0.9
Something did go wrong so i did not receive a renewal but a new key so the 3cx phone system wil not automatically renew the license

I did read that i can use this key in the 3CX by Replace Licence Key and then 3cx wil change the FQDN to the new license.

Is there a possibity to return this licence key for the key that is now in the 3cx phone system.

The new 3cx key is not used yet so it is not in any way connected to a 3cx phone system.
