We are running 3CX v16 (16.0.6.655) self hosted on Windows Server 2019. In a few instances we have two phones on the same on the same extension, but in the list of Phones both are shown with the MAC of one of the phones. This on its own is a minor thing, but I think it may also be getting in the way of doing firmware upgrades... today I was not able to upgrade the firmware through the 3CX UI of a phone that was showing the wrong MAC. I worked around this by moving the phone to a new extension, the MAC showed correct there and I was able to update the firmware through the 3CX UI, and then I moved the phone back to the original extension. This works, but it is clumsy.
