I have a user on an X4U with a Plantronics CS540 headset connected via Plantronics ADP80 cable. Firmware is 2.4.12.
We have EHS enabled via the X4U's Web config page. We also have "Enable Auto Headset" enabled.
When a call comes in, if the user is using her headset, she can park calls and put callers on hold.
If the user instead uses the phone's receiver, we're getting "Call Park Failed". It seems to affect calls that are put on Hold as well. The caller hears nothing when the call gets put on hold and the Fanvil user can't get back to the call. The call is basically in limbo.
Turning off "enable auto headset" doesn't seem to make a difference.
I'm sure this is a Fanvil setting... but, can't seem to narrow it down. Anyone know what the trick is?
