i have two fanvil x6u with the last 3cx firmware

at this time some dss key is "free" because I dont need of

I want disable direct editing: when I press a free dss key I have on the display the relative editing menu..

I have disable the "Dsskey Long Press" function without results

Hi Luca,

This cannot be done from 3CX. I don't know if Fanvil allows you to disable editing.

You have to read the Fanvil documentation to learn more.

Received reply from Fanvil assistance today to disable editing of "free" blf keys of fanvil X6U phones by simply pressing the key.

Due to a problem with the latest firmware, the function has been present for some time in reality, the direct modification is not disabled by the appropriate flag in the settings. Fanvil will correct it shortly.
