X7C Not Responsive

I have this phone and all that is displayed on the screen is the 3CX logo and the red light at the top right of the display remains constantly on. I have tried to do a rest but can not get into post mode.

Any ideas?

You should probably contact Fanvil support in this case, it sounds like a hardware error.
