Hello, I'm trying to enable FAX-sending via 3CX.
I installed XCAPI driver and by running SCAPI test tool to make a call, I don't hear voice and the call happens only if I select TCP protocol, but if I select UDP call even not established.
What could be the issue in the XCAPI settings?
