Xnet New Zealand

Hi
Has anyone got this working with xnet in New Zealand? I keep getting a 404 authentication error and they say I'm trying to register with the wrong username or password...but it's not like you get a huge choice where to put these in and I've tried all the different Combinations to be on the safe side.
