Yeaklink BLF - not updating - Random

Hi,
We run Professional Annual 16.0.8.9. Our phones are Yealink T-29G and T46U, we have 4 park keys set up as BLF (SP1, SP2, ETC). The BLF are green (normal) We have a random issue appeared that when the park key is used the color should turn RED, but it stays green. The app, browser, all show correct status but not the phones. The are running the latest firmware and Yeaklnk is pointing to 3CX. Any ideas.
