Solved Yealink 3CX Logo - can't disable on V15

Hi all,

I am using Yealink T21P E2 and Yealink T41P phones. I am trying to disable the 3CX logo from flashing on the screen of the Yealinks. I have found this setting in the web interface of the phones, but if I reboot the phone, the setting is overridden by the provisioning from 3CX.

I have had a look in 3CX under Settings -> Templates, but two problems remain:

1) I can't edit the template from the 3CX web interface
2) I don't know which template (exactly) that each phone uses as they are not clearly identified. I could assume the T41P uses the "yealinkT4x.ph.xml" template, but what about the T21P E2?

Please note that any changes you do to the phones interface will be overwritten once the phone re-provisions. You will need to create a custom template to achieve what you want. To do so please follow the following article
