Just remembered its the base not the phone that needs to be set up in DECT. Issue fixed

Yes, the W79P is just a kit that contains a W59R handset, and a W70B base (both already supported on 3CX).

Just remember to upgrade the firmware from here before provisioning and you should be fine:
