Yealink different firmware versions

Hi,
I noted some strange differences between (Yealink) firmware versions proposed for the same T54W-modell on different (self-hosted) 3CX-systems:
- On one system, based in the UK, we get offered v96.86.0.74
- On another, based in Switzerland, v96.86.100.5
- the official 3CX listing states v96.86.0.74 as the last/current release

Attached is the display on the Swiss system. Phone upgrades are always made from the Management interface (no manual downloads).

Has anybody experienced such differences and can such maintenance release differences be explained?

Yes, they rolled back the recommended release. But once the version number is higher in the local database it will not go backward. So it just depends if your copy checked for new firmware during the time the newer version was still being recommended or not.

There is a series of steps you can take to force it by toggling your alternative firmware setting on and off again.

Thanks for the tip which explains the current status. I followed the procedure described in the referred article which worked perfectly. The firmware has thereby been downgraded.
