Yealink EXP39 custom name for ring group

Hello. I've got a ring group named "Page All" set up to for paging. I've got one user who has the EXP39 sidecar, and on the BLF for the "Page All" extension, I'd like it to read the name of the ring group instead of the extension number. I've searched through the forums but I'm just not finding that info. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi,

create a dummy extension, on the name of that extension configure the name that you want ( or the same name with the Ring Group ), set this extension to Away status, Forward internal calls to "The Paring Ring Group ".
Then setup the dummy BLF button to your extension via the Phone Provisioning tab of your extension. With this way you will see the name of the fake extension which is the same with your Ring Group. Press it and the call will go directly to the Paging Ring Group.
