Solved Yealink EXP40 keys not configuring

Hi All,
I'm fairly new at this so please be gentle

I'm having issues getting the keys on a Yealink EXP40 configured.
The unit is connected to a Yealink T46G which is currently provisioned on our NFR 3CX V15.5.5

Can someone tell me if i've got this correct please.
I am going to the phone in the 3CX admin GUI
select edit then the BLF tab.
I've added more BLF's to total 67 BLF's
I've added a bunch of entries for speed dials blf's etc. all the way down and saved.
then i've selected re provision for the phone and it reboots and the new blf's on the T46G itself have come through no problems but the exp40 doesn't change.

I can log into the Yealink directly and configure the exp40 fine, but these get wiped when the handset reprovisions

any help much appreciated

an T46 has 28 Line Keys, so the 29th configured key in 3CX will be the side car on this model.
Ensure to use default template, recommended firmware and retry please

Hi Stefan,
I have added BLF keys to total 50 to allow for the 28 on the T46. I am using the default template and the version of firmware the T46 is running is 28.82.0.20
Should i be rolling back the firmware to 28.81.0.110?

fyi, i have rolled back the T46 firmware from the latest on the yealink website to the previous version and the issue is now resolved.
