Solved Yealink EXP40 only showing 9

Hi we have a Yealink EXP40 connected to T46s phone. i have set BLF's etc from 28 onwards so they should show on the EXP40, however only 9 out of the 20 set show up.
The phone is on the latest firmware, i have also tried a lower one just in case.
The config file shows all 20 entires.
any ideas?

Hi Guy,

Confirmed working in V16U4 with FW 66.84.0.95

You should factory reset the phone while EXP40 is connected.

Delete the phone from the extension provisioning settings.

Find it as a new phone in the "Phones" section and assign it from scratch

Do not use a custom template, ensure you have all your 3CX updates installed before you proceed.
