Is there any workaround besides a custom template to change the ringtone for External calls to be anything other than Ring2?
Ring2 is too soft, so in a noisy hospitality environment we're missing a lot of calls. It would seem the only option to change the ringtone is a custom template, and then I'm unsupported - yet it's a very basic feature/requirement to be able to change ringtones?
