Does anyone know when / how long 3cx takes to support the latest Yealink firmware version?

The reason I ask is we have T48S handsets and have just added the WH series dect wireless headsets, however, when the headset is selected the T48S sets the ringer to full volume if I run the latest firmware from yealink this problem is fixed but not supported for 3CX, seems like it's been a while since an update to the supported firmware for Yealink.

Cheers
Doug

Hi Doug,

The general rule is that we release new firmware when the manufacturer tests it on 3CX and then releases it to us.

Yealink might do that a few times a year, but there is no set schedule.

I found a similar issue with yealink T33G not working with a yealink WH62 series headset, even with the correct EHS35 adapter. It turns out the phone needs to be on a firmware not yet supported by 3CX. 124.86.0.113 is needed.
