I apologize if this is a newb question. But, we just installed several Yealink T23G phones. Our 3CX console says 44.83.0.55 is the newest firmware and thats what all of the phones are on. But, when I go to https://www.3cx.com/support/phone-firmwares/, it says the latest for the T23G 44.84.0.95.

Is there a step I'm missing to get 44.84.0.95 into the system or do I just use with the console is telling me is the latest (44.83.0.55)?

You have to update to 44.84.0.35 first which is covered in the instructions above. Then it will take 44.84.0.95 and newer versions.

Your 3cx console should show a newer version that 44.83.0.55, check under updates at the top right and make sure to download the latest update for your phone into 3cx management console.

However to get your phones to take 44.84.x firmware it first has to be upgraded manually to 44.84.0.35.

Yeah, I apologize. I just noticed I had to do 44.84.0.35 first. I did 44.84.0.35 on one phone (have not done 44.84.0.95 yet) and it is still saying the FW is unsupported and the latest available is 44.83.0.55. I checked "Updates" and there are no firmware updates available.

check that your DNS is configured and working properly on the server and you aren't blocking outbound connections to 3cx servrers

For 3CX updates, it says "Your system is up to date. Last checked: Today, 12:09" so I'm assuming it has no issues connecting to the 3CX servers.

Correct. 3CX management console will show the latest firmware supported for the version you are running.
