Yealink Firmware Upgrade Not working

Hello,

3cx Hosted on-Prem Version 18.0 Update 9 (Build 20)
Phone Model: Yealink T46U
Current Firmware Version: 108.86.0.70 (108.86.0.76 latest)

Most of our installs phones and servers are in the network but this one we have it on a different network and it is going through the firewall. We have phones provisioned through DHCP Option 66 but we noticed we cannot do phone firmware upgrades and the 3CX logo is missing from the phone. We could do firmware upgrade when we disable "Only Accept Trusted Certificates" on the phone which we do not want to do.

Any guide/help is appreciated.

I actually tried to connect the phone to another site and firmware upgrade through 3CX worked.
