Yealink Lock Ring Volume?

I have versions of Yealink T46S and T46G models

I am looking to have the phone ring volume locked so the call agents can not lower or mute the calls.

How can you do that?

Hi @greatchoice,

I'm not aware of a way to 'lock' the volume. The only idea I can think of is using a custom template that includes the "force.voice.ring_vol =" parameter which Yealink uses to lock ring volume.

As it is not default in our Yealink templates, you'd need figure out yourself and be aware that custom templates are not supported so we'd not be able to troubleshoot any problems regarding them.
