Yealink logo change using Enterprise V16

I found the option in the provisioning to update the file but some models of yealink require a conversion to DOB format. The old PEDemo application is not on yealink website or at least I can not find it through older links so far. Anyone know where I can get the updated convertor to convert to .DOB?
