Yealink Office365 contact Sync

I have the office365 contact sync setup and all of my employees get their contacts on the web app. They also show on their Polycom VVX501 but, for the few who have the Yealinks either T48U or T58W the contacts do not show. How can I add?

Regarding contacts syncing with 365, the 365 mailbox contacts only sync to the personal phonebooks within 3CX, which do not sync with IP Phones.

To sync contacts on IP phones, these need to be synced from 365 shared folders to the 3cx company phone book. Note that only the mobile number field will be synced to the IP phones.

I am not trying to sync with iphone I am trying to get my contacts to sync with my yealink. It works with the Polycom just not the Yealink.

Apologies for the typo. For IP phones to sync contacts from 3cx, they must be in the 3cx company phonebook, and sync to the 3cx company phonebook from 365 requires contacts to be synced from 365 shared mailbox contact folders.

This is, though, a feature of dedicated 3cx instances; 365 integration is not an option with 3cx Free or SMB versions as per the section of the forum you have posted this under.
