Yealink phone T58W would not retrieve parked call

Hi there, I have a client where he is trying to pick a shared parked call but is not working on a 3CX system, although the phone allows to park the call on SP location but not unable to pick it up.
The handset is on latest firmware and is provisioned using STUN remote phone method, could someone please help assist here.

Have you configure the phone using the 3cx support way

Make sure you follow this guide, which will lead you to install the latest firmware 3CX supports.

When this is done, then follow what @Saqqara posted and read the instructions carefully.

Hi John & Saqarra,

Have done the setup as per the guide and also the phone has the latest firmware. I have juts been informed that the phone is provisioned via SBC not STUN sorry.
