Solved Yealink phones doing daylight savings

We are in Western Australian our yealink phone have decided to apply DST and move ahead by an hour. Phones are up to date with the latest firmware i have set the DST parameter to 0 and re-provisioned the phones however they are still showing an hour ahead.

Factory reset appears to have resolved it. Phones are showing the correct time, If I login to the web interface of the phone it is now set to automatic and the details for DST are gone compared to the image above where they are there but greyed out .
