Hello,
I have a new 3CX install on Linux, v16 update 2, imported extensions from CSV, went to provision a couple phones to test with the client, two T58V's and one T42s, the first T58V I setup provisioned correctly, the other two provisioned, but show no service on the display and register failed when looking at the phone web gui.

I disconnected the T58V that was working and rebooted the other T58V that wasn't working and it came up. I plugged in the original working T58V and it shows no service now. Sounds like a port problem, but this is all local lan. The activity log doesn't show anything on that extension trying to register.

Anyone have a thought on what to check?

As you have imported the phones config via csv the phones do not have the provisioning url, you need to use dhcp option 66 , using http option

https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/dhcp-option-66/

Reboot the phones, and if the phone setup in 3cx is correct the phones will provision

I'm not understanding, I didn't add phones via CSV, just the extensions, I went in added the phones mac address and provisioned with autoprovision using the URL. I was going to setup DHCP option 66 next week to see if that helped. It's working, just only one phone at a time.

What is the IP address range ?

Any vlans involved ?

If you connect a pc on the same network, can it ping the 3cx server

On the lan settings, for the phone are you using IP address or fqdn ?
