Does anyone here have the answer to this?
I recently bought a used Yealink phone which failed to auto-provision and appears to have its MAC associated with another RPS.
I attempted to raise a ticket with Yealink for MAC RPS Removal. After submitting MAC and SIP, I was then asked for my Yealink RPS account login details - unable to continue without these.
Others have had the same issue here: http://forum.yealink.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=47589&highlight=rps+mac
I am using 3CX Free (cloud hosted) and attempting to auto-provision via 3CX, so not set up to use Yealink RPS service as far as I can tell.
Is there a simpler way?
