Hi,
We recently upgraded a client's self-hosted 3CX installation to the latest version of 3CX Enterprise, 18.0 (Build 418).
The customer has a mixture of older Yealink SIP-41P handsets and the latest Yealink SIP-T53 handsets.
Since the upgrade, the customer's Yealink SIP-41P handsets no longer have access to the company phonebook.
I assume this is because the Yealink SIP-41P has gone EOL and is no longer supported in the latest edition. The handsets worked ok on the previous build of Version 18, so it must be the upgrade that has broken this. The handsets still work, just this feature that's not available.
We can certainly speak to the customer about replacing the older SIP-41P handsets, but if this feature is no longer available due to the software upgrade, it seems cruel to block access to this one feature.
Appreciate any thoughts on this.
