Dear support,

Like u could have seen in the picture the current firmware = 52.83.0.10
In the link u provided, 3cx supports firmware from version = 52.82.0.20

So my firmware is newer.

Thats's is the issue you are running newer firmware not yet supported by 3CX

If you install 52.82.0.20 , the text will not be red

Hi AHAutomation,
Newer doesn't mean better.
I think the version 83 of the Yealink phones is buggy and this is why it's not supported yet by 3CX.
I found one issue on that version 83 where Power LED provisioning wasn't working. 82 works, but 83 not.
I think this is the one of the reasons why the version 83 is still not supported by 3CX guys.

Ah ok.... Maybe some additional message with the error would be nice.
  • Firmware is not supported (to new)
  • Firmware is not supported (to old)
  • Firmware is not supported (adviced: x.x.x.x)
