Yealink SIP-T58A Ring Group Caller ID

Greetings:

Currently when calling a ring group and one of the recipients picks up, I do not get the caller id of the recipient. I just still see the ring group number (See photo). We have to ask who picked up the call which is troublesome.

Any thoughts?
