Yealink T-54 Not Showing Proper Time / Date

Brand new Yealink T-54, provisions and works fine on 3CX. On reboot, the time is reset to 00:00 and Fri Sep 01 date.

What I've done:

- Factory reset and reprovision. After boot shows 00:00 Fri Sep 01.
- Firmware update (through 3CX) to latest supported version.
- Changed NTP servers to local pool.ntp addresses. Does not sync time.
- Checked 3CX server. Time zone and time / date are correct. All softphones are working with proper dates / times.
- Manually set time and date on phone. On reboot, it resets back to 00:00 Fri Sep 01.
- Time zone and DST settings are set correctly on the Yealink. This was done by 3CX on provision.

This is the only issue on an otherwise excellent phone.

Any ideas?

Did you set the correct timezone on the PBX during installation?

Have you treid manually setting the timezone on the phone provisioing page within 3CX?

Additionally are the ports for NTP open outbound on your firewall?

Sounds like udp ports123 are not open on the firewall

What happens if you factory default it, and manually add ntp servers / time zone ? - This will take 3CX out of the equation

I entered the IP of our DC in the Primary and Secondary servers on the phone. Saved and the time changed instantly. Replaced the IP with FQDN of the DC and it still seems to be working. Will leave it overnight and see if anything changes. Thanks all.
