Yealink T23G - Custom ScreenSaver

Hi All,

I need some advice with regarding to a custom screensaver on a Yealink T23G Handset.

The file is created and working, however the image on the handset only displays for 1 second and then returns back to the home screen showing the clock.

The files is 1 bit in depth and is 66x32 pixels. I used the PictureEemo.exe to convert the BMP into the dob file so I’m unsure what’s stopping it from staying on.

3CX Version: Standard Annual 15.5.15502.6

From what I recall the T23G image is as you described a "screensaver". It's not a background image. Phone is too low end for that. You certainly don't want it to just show your image and not the blf keys.

Apologies, it may be me not wording it correctly. I have replaced the file yealinkt22.dob within the logo folder on the 3cx server.

Any ideas as it why it only appears for a brief second and then reverts back to the clock?
