Hi,

Is anyone using Yealink T23G with 3CX (v11.x or v12.x)? I don't see a provisioning template for that model specifically, so perhaps it's not on the 'good' list (yet?).

Or, perhaps one of the existing templates works fine?

Thanks, Les.

Any of the t2x should be close but might need some minor updates for the model specific entries.

Thank you, Craig

We're using the T23G at our school with 3CX.

We're using the T22 Phone provisioning template and most of the functionality appears to work - though of course would love the proper one. Is there any news on this? We did upgrade our firmware on the handsets to v44.80.0.20 which sorted a lot of problems out with the sound - as many staff members sounded like they were underwater when the answered the phone!

@RobFrain - where did you get the v44.80.0.20 firmware from? All I see on the Yealink site is 44.80.0.5 - http://yealink.com/SupportDownloadfiles_detail.aspx?ProductsID=1839&CateID=1243&flag=142

Thanks, TJ

PS. If you come across a 3CX Template for the T23G, please post it and I'll do the same...

Hi

We went to Yealink direct for that firmware in the UK. We have downloaded V12.5 which apparently has the template on there for those phones but for some reason we cant get it to work.

Hello,

Regarding the provisioning issues you are facing with the Yealink T23G, these can be solved by altering the phone template .Go to 3CX management console>>Settings>>Phone Provisioning>> Templates tab.
Open the Yealink T23 template and add <model ua="SIP-T23G">Yealink T23</model> under the model part at the beginning of the page. Save the template under a new name so if something goes wrong you can revert to the default one. Upload the template and then perform the phone provisioning procedure.(http://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/yealink-t32g-t38g-t42g-t46g/).

Thank you,
Leonidas
