Yealink T27G how can you choose between blind and attended transfer?

Hi all,

I have a client running a Yealink T27G at reception, its default transfer is a blind transfer (so you just press the BLF and it sends that call to that extension)
The client would like to attend transfer to the director of the company and not blind. Is there a way you can assign one blf to use attended transfer instead?
Also what other methods are there to chose what transfer you would like on the fly?

Running 3cx V18.0 U2
Yealink T27G on 69.86.0.5

Hi Vince,

You can choose either one or the other as a default, but not both at the same time (it's a global setting).

Use blind if that is your main preferred mode, and for the few times you need attended it can be done manually.

1. Press "Hold" and dial destination
2. Talk to them when they answer (or cancel to return to caller if they didn't pickup)
3. Press "Transfer" button to complete the attended transfer

The person that was on hold will now be connected to the person you dialled.
