Yealink T27G Voice volume

Hi

I have had a few customers tell me that they keep having customers saying they can't hear them loud enough.

Is it possible to increase the sensitivity of the microphone on the phone?

Not sure if you can do this, normally the recipient increases the volume

Check you are running latest templates and firmware

What trunks are being used - sip lines, or going thru other hardware

It’s going through a Voiceflex SIP trunk.

They have other phones that the volume is fine on. Just the T27Gs that seem very quite. If I listen to their call recordings it’s very quiet aswell
