Hello, new here just registered with 3CX, having trouble trying to register my Yealink T27G phone, Do remember seeing something on main page this model not supported but may sill be able to use with 3CX. So I tried to configure but my model was not in dropdown list and used T53 instead, Now I get "An IP has been blacklisted" where trying to log into website. downloaded app for IPhone but it's asking for me to scan QR code but if I can not get in I can not get QR code, need help, if anyone can assist, Thanks in advance Regards Eddy

Supported phones are here: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/

T27G is on this page: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/t19p-t21p-t23g-t27g/. Note the above URL lists them as "Supported (with limitations)."

Once your IP is blacklisted you need to log in to the management console from another IP and remove it, or if on a Free/SMB version wait 24 hours. Also delete and factory reset the phone or it will keep trying and keep blacklisting your IP.

As SteveITS pointed out, this model of the IP phone is marked as 3rd party supported, meaning we don't offer any support for it from 3CX, but it still can be provisioned as long as you have a 3CX SBC or compatible router phone to be able to provision it remotely it, if you try to add it, as is, you will get blacklisted very time for 24 hours at a time.

Thank You, I got it now, However have another quick question, is there any way to add a free SIP Trunk provider to both the T27G and 3CX? I would like to be able to make calls externally and receive as well and not just use the PBX. Thanks

On the Free/SMB versions you need to use a supported provider that is listed as compatible: https://www.3cx.com/partners/sip-trunks/. The trunk would be added to the server, then any extension can use it. (there are linked guides on the per-country pages)
